Victoria grew up in sunny Miami yearning for snow. She’s called many cities home but her favorite place is Scotland, where she received her master's in art history at The University of Edinburgh. She loves highly charged political art and oddly likes to write about 20th century dictators. If she could commission one famous artist to paint her portrait it would be John Singer Sargent. She has a pet cactus.
