More about Orcastra at War

No explanation for the misspelling in Orcastra at War.

I don't know about you but I always conduct with no pants on. The firebombed buildings in the background must've made the area a little hot.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt is playing a solemn tune on the piano. The drummer is Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Molotov; you may know him as Stalin's right hand man. FDR and Molotov (i.e. America and Russia), along with other Allied forces in the Land-lease Treaty, came together for a very brief period in time to stop Nazi Germany from taking over Europe.

Monza is a known socialist so it's no wonder he gave Molotov the coolest position in the band.

We're not sure where this painting is supposed to take place or who any of the other people are.

Louis Monza's use of color, shape, and lines really catch my eye. The way that he uses the lines to show some of the abnormal shapes of some of the human anatomy, then using darker shades to emphasize it. The brighter used to create a sunset background really make the darker colors of the clothing he painted pop.
