I don't know who the Countess is, other than her name and title and that she inspired a book called "Donna Perfecta" or "Perfect Woman." No surprises there.

You gotta love her outfit. Her little pooch matches the colors in her dress. The little gold gun is attached by a ribbon......now that's interesting.
