This looks way better than healthcare today in the UK, though I love the NHS and paying a marginal flat fee for all my medication. 

Rosy-cheeked foundlings of the Foundling Hospital look on as a dapper and doctor with a furrowed brow feels the pulse of a bed-ridden girl, and a kindly caretaker looks on. A natty dressed boy on the left has his right arm in a handsome sling and just behind him there's sun shining through the window, catching a healthy looking plant. There's even a little bird in a cage high-up in the window recess.
